NO TO ALL FORMS OF ANTISEMITISM!
Sunday, May 15, 2022 | 4:30 p.m. Potsdamer Platz, Berlin

We are currently witnessing disturbing events in Berlin, Germany and around the world: the various, ugly faces of antisemitism.

We witness antisemitism among the right-winged, left-winged, religious extremists as well as in mainstream society. A series of antisemitic and violent demonstrations are currently taking place on the streets of Berlin, where violence against Jews in the name of Jihad is often encouraged. We also see political groups glorify the intifada, justifying murderous terrorism against Jews as an alleged “freedom fight” and a form of “decolonization”.

There is no evidence that the organizers of these demonstrations are seriously concerned with antisemitism and violence within their own ranks.

We are tired of being silent about these incidents. We are tired of Jews in Berlin fearing their safety. We are tired of the demonization and delegitimization of Israel. We are fed up with being left out in debates and constantly seeing antisemitism presented as “the other side’s problem”.
Antisemitism exists in all sectors of society, and must be understood and fought against as such. It is neither patriotic, progressive nor holy. It is an ugly and dangerous form of hate in all its forms.

Therefore we ask you to join us on 15th of May 2022 at 16:30 at Potsdamer Platz as we send a strong message: No to ALL kinds of antisemitism!
