Indoctrination of Palestinian Children to Antisemitism and Martyrdom

On short notice we have the opportunity to welcome a special expert from Israel with us: Itamar Marcus, founder and director of the Israeli non-governmental organization Palestinian Media Watch (PMW), which has been monitoring and analyzing Palestinian media and educational materials since 1996. He will show us recent examples of incitement of children and youth through Palestinian Authority media and educational materials.
What can be done to counter this horrific indoctrination to anti-Semitism, Israel hatred and the cult of martyrs?

Itamar Marcus describes his presentation as follows:
My presentation shows how Palestinian children are victimized by the PA through abusive messages. The children are indoctrinated to hate Israelis through many antisemitic messages and conspiracy theories, to legitimize murder, and to seek Martyrdom as an ideal. Children have been told by Fatah to see themselves as mere “ammunition” in the war against Israel: “Our weapon is our Islam, and our ammunition is our children. And you, O my son, are meant for Martyrdom.” The result is that even good people and children think it is righteous and honorable to support the murder of Israelis and aspire Martyrdom. And there are many Palestinain victims: numerous children and teens go on suicide missions seeking death as heroic Martyrs.
